Privacy Policy

When you request a quote we ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number, the address of the property, photos of it, how you heard about us, and whatever details you type in. We use them to price the work, reach you about it, and do the job.

If the form refuses to send — a required answer missing, or an address we could not match — we keep what you had filled in, so we can see which part of the form is stopping people and get in touch if you meant to reach us. The photos you attached are kept with it.

We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_ followed by our property id) to count visits and see which pages people use. It tells us pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser, and the site or ad that sent you — never your name. You can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by clearing and blocking cookies in your browser. Google's own handling of this data is covered by its privacy policy. We also record which link brought you to the quote form, so we know which listings are working.

Separately from analytics, when you send us a form on one of our sites, or sign in to one of our apps and use it, we record the IP address your request came from and keep it with the record of that sign-in, that change, or the screen you opened, so our own history of who did what stays accurate. No cookie is involved and the Google opt-out above does not affect it.

Photos you send with a quote request, and photos our crew takes of the work, stay with your job record. Photos of completed work may be shown in the public work showcase on our sites, listed by the town the job was in. We do not publish your name, street address, phone number or email alongside them.

If you give us your phone number we may text you about your quote, your scheduled visit or your invoice — these are business messages about your service, not marketing blasts. Reply STOP to any of them to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply. Email works the same way, and every bulk email we send carries an unsubscribe link.

Card and bank payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We do not sell it and we do not rent it. It reaches only the vendors that run the service for us, and only the part each one needs:

• Google — analytics and maps
• Stripe — payments
• Twilio — texts and calls
• Resend — email
• Amazon Web Services — photo storage
• Vercel and Neon — hosting and database

We also release information when the law requires it.

Job, invoice and payment records stay as long as we need them for accounting and tax. Quote requests that never turned into work are kept so we can tell whether we have already talked to you.

We also keep a history of the changes made to those records, and of how our apps were used, including the IP address described above. That history outlives what it describes: when a record is deleted, the history of it remains.
